An option to lease has been secured over the property, providing sufficient tenure to progress planning, grid approvals, and development milestones. The lease terms are commercially attractive and well aligned with large-scale energy infrastructure requirements.
This is currently being changed to an option to purchase
The Bungama to Blyth West 275kV transmission line also traverses the property, further strengthening the site’s grid relevance and long-term strategic value.

A) - Nomination Fee upfront
The purchaser will take over the call option and pay a nomination fee upfront.
B) Fee upon settlement / financial close
The purchaser will pay a larger fee upon exeuction of the lease / financial close
