Notes before starting

The contract has no specific length - the only thing to consider is a 45 days prior notice

DON'Ts

Provide us with a clear set of requirements for each position - we'll recruit somebody specifically for you and make sure the project will last for at least 6 months if everything goes well

Don't expect us to do the recruitment single-handedly - we need you involved to provide the best match

Be involved in the recruitment process - you'll be able to decide who will work for you

Don't bother yourself with additional productivity measures - we handle that ourselves

Visit our office - you'll get a feeling of safety when you'll see where your remote employees will work

Don't provide additional tasks for employees in narrow positions without consulting us first

Specify your expectations of employee work timetable - it will help the employee to adapt to your schedules

Don't decrease the workload significantly below the agreed amount of hours - the employees are hired either full- or part- time

Use the broad resources (such as the administrative assistant) for various tasks

Don't hide any issues from us - it's our job to keep the employee productivity high

Expand the task base of assistant-level resources as much as you want

Don't close yourself in a box concerning our scope of services - we can provide any kind of employee remotely, even if you haven't tried it before
