First of all, we would like to say thank you for considering Bali Beach Glamping as your wedding venue. Bali Beach Glamping is an incredible 40 room tented resort next to Villa Vedas, located 1 kilometer to the north of Tanah Lot Temple on Bali’s west coast.
With the Indian Ocean to the west, Mount Batukaru towering in the east, and rice paddy fields to its north and south, BBG offers incredible beachfront weddings, and furthermore, up to 100 wedding guests can stay with you at BBG in style and comfort.
All 40 tented villas are fully airconditioned and have ensuite bathrooms, and the resort features a spa, restaurant, bar, tea salon/cocktail lounge, yoga shala, and infinity pool. Furthermore, Bali Beach Glamping features a 1,000 m2 private manicured beachfront lawn, which is a spectacular venue for your wedding or event.

Welcome to Bali Beach Glamping (BBG), the fabulous beachfront resort just 10 kilometres to the north of Canggu.
Featuring 40 fully airconditioned tented villas with ensuite bathrooms, and sleeping up to 100 guests, BBG has the Indian Ocean to the west, Villa Vedas to the north, and ancient rice paddy fields and Mount Batukaru towering in the east.
Featuring a 20-meter infinity pool, restaurant, spa, tea salon/cocktail lounge, yoga shala, and gym, BBG has no curfew when it is booked exclusively, and it is perfect for incredible beachfront weddings and other events.

FABULOUS WEDDING DAY
The 1,000 m2 manicured wedding lawn next to BBG allows you to host your ceremony and reception for up to 300 guests in privacy, style, and comfort.
Furthermore, if you book the whole resort you can use the pool and restaurant as well, giving you 90 meters of absolute beachfront, and there is no curfew (for the comfort of other guests there is a midnight curfew if you do not book the whole resort).

Why Exclusive Buyouts Are Preferred for your wedding
The reason for our preference for exclusive buyouts where possible is that a buyout means that the couple can use the restaurant/bar and the pool in addition to the cocktail lounge and the wedding lawn (a total of 90 meters of beachfront), and furthermore, no curfew applies in a buyout situation, as there are no other guests staying at BBG who might be disturbed.

If you are interested in Bali Beach Glamping, we would suggest that you secure your preferred dates first, and decide later what food, beverages, and decorations you would like and whether you would like to use our wedding planning. Then you may pay the rest as you confirm items.
You only have to pay a 50% Deposit for the Villa Component (Accommodation, Venue Hire Fee, and Banjar Fee). Then you pay the rest as you confirm items. and we will try to assist our guests with their cash flow situation if the need arises.

IT'S YOUR WEDDING AND THE CHOICE IS YOURS
In our experience every wedding is unique, and therefore we do not try to shoehorn you into taking “one size fits all” wedding packages. What we offer are bespoke, customized weddings, and our guiding philosophy is that you should get precisely what they do want, none of what you do not want, together with a transparent approach to pricing that is easy to understand, and gives you full control over your costs and budget. The reasons why we find it difficult to offer standard packages are as follows:
- You can book one to forty tented villas
- You can stay one or more nights
- You can pay for none, part, or all of your guests’ accommodation
- You can choose from a selection of food and beverages at prices to suit all budgets
- You can host up to 300 guests
- You can choose from a range of decorations, lighting, vendor services, and entertainment
- You can use your own wedding planner, or we offer brilliant in house planners
Your wedding at BBG can be whatever you want it to be, and costs are surprisingly little. The only item you must take from us is the venue, although almost all couples book at least some accommodation at BBG on the night of their wedding.

Decorations are based on local tropical flowers (white or colorful), green lush palm leaves, and the package includes personal flowers for bride and groom, ceremony arch decoration, welcome sign, bride walk in, reception table decoration, bar decoration & small pieces for cocktail tables Alternative Decorations Add style to your wedding day with dried flowers for an additional Rp 5,000,000 for up to 50 guests and Rp 100,000 per guest for more than 50 guests Based on local and imported flowers, nude color palate, dried palm leaves. Couples are welcome to select higher or lower cost F&B options to “mix & match” between menus and to increase or decrease guest numbers, and the invoice will be adjusted accordingly. If you take at least our soft drinks and mocktail package, you can bring your own liquor and wine without corkage, and our mixologists will make your favorite cocktails for you. |

Q: Is there an entertainment curfew? If so, until what time can we arrange our entertainment?
A: There is no curfew if you book the whole resort, but if there are other guests in the resort we impose a midnight curfew.
Q: Is it possible to arrange a food tasting?
A: Yes, and we offer a complimentary one night stay and food tasting to all prospective guests
Q: Can we split the drinks packages?
A: Yes
Q: Do we need to leave a security deposit for damage and/or loss?
A: In order to avoid inconvenience we invite couples to leave their passports with our resort manager as security, but if couples prefer to provide cash security instead, that is also fine with us.
Q: Until what time can our outside wedding guests stay?
A: Wedding guests can stay until the curfew (if any).
Q: Do I have to use a wedding planner?
A: No, but we advise you to do so. Our packages include the services of an experienced wedding planner.
Q: Is it possible to arrange fireworks or a bonfire on the beach?
A: Yes, however, there is an additional Banjar fee of Rp 3,000,000 for fireworks. Bonfires on the beach are allowed and have no Banjar Fee.
Q: How do I secure the venue?
A: We ask you to pay 25% of the package price to confirm a booking, with another 25% by 9 months before check-in, and the balance of 50% by 2 months before check-in.
Q: Can I hold my wedding over public and religious holidays?
A: Yes
Q: What is ++?
A: ++ is normally 15.5% extra to be added to your invoice, comprising 5% service charge for staff, and 10% government tax. We include tax & service charges in our prices, so you face no hidden charges, but please be aware that other venues often do not.
Q: Does the cost per night change between weekdays and weekends?
A: Yes. Friday and Saturday nights are 10% to 15% more than midweek nights.
Q: What event equipment is supplied when I book my Wedding
A: Furniture, sound system, lighting, decorations, and accommodation are included in our packages.
