Our own team consists of 8 people and has 800 digital-related, EU-based contractors within our pool. We also have some developers in Latin America that can help you should you operate in the American and Australian markets. The price of our services depends on the specialist's experience, technological stack, and the country the specialist is from.


Indicative hourly rates (with Subcontracting agreement):


Recruitment service fee on successful hire:

10% of Yearly Gross Salary.


Outstaffing vs In-house recruiting


Outstaffing and in-house recruiting are two different approaches to hiring personnel. While each has advantages and disadvantages, outstaffing can be a better option than in-house recruiting.
