Digital marketing projects usually have:
Project discovery stage (1 week)
We lay down the ground for effective cooperation at the beginning of the project by acquiring information and required data for analysis.
- Document signing. Signing of cooperation and confidentiality agreements (if requested by the client).
- Discovery call or survey. Aimed at getting to know the client's business and goals.
- Tools and accesses. The client provides access to cloud-based tools (Google Analytics, Search console, Content management platform).
Analysis stage (1 week) We perform a detailed audit and analysis of the brand on many levels of digital marketing.
- Brand reputation analysis. We use various tool to identify coverage and level of authority of the brand in the market. We benchmark it with competition.
- Tracking audit and analytics. We investigate tracking setup and major conversions availability in reports.
- SEO audit. We do technical SEO analysis, on-page SEO analysis, off-page SEO analysis.
- PPC audit. We check existing campaign content, structure, targeting, budgeting, costs and tracking.

Strategy presentation stage (2 weeks)
We present a comprehensive brand growth strategy, that is based on client's objectives and market situation.
Strategy implementation stage (4 weeks) We perform and consult on implementation.
- Branding and cross-channel strategy. We propose market positioning changes and channels to use to reap the success. It involves - design changes, messaging, setting up new channel accounts, partnerships.
- Tracking and analytics. We set up missing tracking events, solving attribution problems, building dashboards and leading change implementation, which were hurting the conversion and users bounce.
- Search engine optimization (SEO). We solve identified SEO technical problems, adjust or suggest page content adjustments. We use various link building tactics to increase authority of the page. We perform weekly audits and reports on improving performance.
- Paid advertising (PPC). We adjust existing campaigns, preparing and launching new ones, updating targeting and budgeting. We setting up new digital marketing channels and optimizing its performance to reach highest number of conversions with lowest CPA.
- Content strategy implementation. We provide dozens of new landing pages, blog posts ideas for your business to write about in order to grasp clients attention. We prepare a copywriting according your brand tone and voice.
- B2B lead generation. We are setting up sales engagement tools for automated outreach. Creating campaign sequences, setting up the mailbox (anti-spam policies, warm-up activities) to scale the automated outreach activities.
