Oklahoma Pride Alliance is honored to continue working to strengthen our 2SLGBTQIA+ community throughout Oklahoma. We know it takes a collective and collaborative effort to be the best we can be for our community - so, we continue to need you and your support.
On behalf of Oklahoma Pride Alliance, I would like to thank you in advance for taking time to review our sponsorship opportunities for our 4th Annual Pride Alliance Festival + Parade scheduled for June 28-30, 2024, at Scissortail Park in Downtown Oklahoma City. This is my fourth year to be a part of this and I am thrilled to be here again as we are planning for an amazing festival.
Each sponsorship is an opportunity to build new partnerships and deepen longtime relationships with organizations, community partners, and allies across our region. Together, we can foster collaboration. Together, we can convene, support, and empower diverse leaders who are working to build a better world.
The Oklahoma Pride Alliance is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with the mission of fostering inclusive, all ages, affirming programming. We’re a community-run organization dedicated to producing the annual Oklahoma PrideFest and Parade, OKC and Oklahoma Pride Month events, and year-round state-wide 2SLGBTQIA+ Pride events that inspire, educate, commemorate, and celebrate our city’s diverse community. At the end of the day, I firmly believe that queer joy is life-saving! We are taking strides towards excellence every year and as such we are proud to be a member of the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits!
Our festival and parade serves not only as a celebration of 2SLGBTQIA+ culture and progress made, but also as a statement that much work still needs to be done in achieving equity and lived equality for all members of our community. We are fiercely committed to creating safer space for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community through building coalitions and alliances within the City of OKC and surrounding areas, educating youth about their history as 2SLGBTQIA+ people, as well as advocating cooperation and support from all who value diversity.
With your generous sponsorship/donations we can ensure the success of this wonderful and necessary work, the Pride Alliance Festival & Parade, while continuing to grow and support our organization's mission. This year promises to be a big year as we are working to grow several aspects of the festival and can't wait to partner with you to make magic! The 2SLGBTQIA+ community at large -
- The average 2SLGBTQIA+ household income is between $50,000—$90,000.
- 84% of the 2SLGBTQIA+ Community purchase from an 2SLGBTQIA+ friendly business.
- 65% of the 2SLGBTQIA+ Community are college educated.
- 26% of which have degrees higher than a bachelors.
- 18% of the 2SLGBTQIA+ Community grosses over $100,000 annually.
- 8% of the 2SLGBTQIA+ Community have a household including children.
- The 2SLGBTQIA+ Community has less expenses than that of their heterosexual counterparts allowing for more excess expendable income.
- Global purchasing power of the 2SLGBTQIA+ Community is $3.9 trillion.
According to the 2012 census, 90% of the 2SLGBTQIA+ Community reported to be extremely brand loyal and use this expendable income on travel, entertainment, and luxury items such as clothing, dining out, bars & clubs and vehicles.

OUR GOAL IS TO ENHANCE OKC’S VISIBILITY AS AN INCLUSIVE + DIVERSE CITY THROUGH INTENTIONAL PROGRAMMING THAT GIVES VISIBILITY TO OUR QUEER SCENE BY COLLABORATING WITH AND PROMOTING LOCAL ARTISTS, COALITIONS, PROMOTERS, BUSINESSES, AND NON-PROFITS.
