In addition, Laury has over 6 years of experience focusing on the design and development of digital products, including complex web and mobile solutions. He has a proven track record of success in developing and implementing innovative digital strategies that drive growth and improve customer experiences.

Monika Glinskyte Head of Project management

Role in the project: Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved. Responsible for monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues or roadblocks, team management, etc. 

Monika's 7 years of experience as a Project Manager gives her a strong understanding of project management principles and practices. This experience allows her to develop skills in areas such as project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management. Her experience across different industries, specifically Life Sciences, IT, and Defence, would have given her exposure to different products, technologies, and project types, which would have broadened her knowledge and skillset.

Andrzej Blaszczyk

Role in the project: responsible for ensuring the smooth deployment, operation, and maintenance of software applications.

Andrzej is an enthusiast of the DevOps methodology and has pursued a career path in this field. He commenced his professional journey as an IT Support Specialist and spent three years in this role before progressing to become a System Administrator. As a System Administrator, he managed on-premise servers for Wabco and Shell Energy UK over a period of three years. With the rapid development and transformation of the IT industry, Andrzej sought to advance his skills and knowledge in DevOps engineering, a journey which he commenced in 2014 and continues to pursue. He is particularly interested in cloud-based solutions and automation. Andrzej has worked for a range of organizations, including Wabco, Shell, HDI, NXP, SII, and QSA.

Tomas Paplauskas Senior UX/UI designer

He is highly skilled at designing user-centered interfaces that effectively communicate the brand, logic, and requirements of the business.

Audrius Sabaliauskas

Role in the project: Ensure that the project meets the required quality standards and that the end product meets the expectations of stakeholders.

Audrius is a QA engineer with 9 years of experience spanning across GameDev, Banking, and E-commerce industries. With a proven track record in testing a diverse range of applications, including Windows/Mac OS, web, mobile, and backend systems, Audrius is well-versed in test management and QA process optimization. Having worked for companies such as Unity Technologies, Danske Bank, and Wix, Audrius has spent the last 3 years at Wix collaborating with multiple product teams to ensure top-notch quality and seamless QA processes for both web and mobile applications.

Role in the project: having more than 15 years of experience in Mobile app development technologies and mobile products, Tadas is leading the mobile app architecture phase, leading mobile app developers as well as providing assistance in complex issue resolution.

Tadas has worked as a developer and CTO in multiple corporations and startups, including Barclays bank, Traffi (the leading commuting platform in Europe), and Dubai Peer2Peer payment provider startup.
